  The second week of my teaching practice at GHSS Kilimanur was filled with new experiences, deeper learning, and growing confidence as a teacher . The second week of teaching practice gave me wider exposure and greater confidence in my role as a teacher. I continued handling regular classes and also got the opportunity to take a senior class as a substitution teacher, which helped me experience a different level of classroom dynamics. By using simple examples, questions, and discussions, I tried to make lessons interactive and engaging. Students participated actively, and this encouraged me to experiment with different ways of communication. The experience of managing a new group of learners improved my classroom management skills and taught me the importance of adaptability in teaching. Beyond subject teaching, I became more involved in the everyday life of the school. 1st week (16,17,18) Teaching practice is the first step into real classroom life. It’s a time to meet students, understand how the school works, and try out teaching methods. These first days are full of learning and new experiences that shape us as teachers. The first week of teaching practice was filled with excitement, learning, and meaningful experiences. At GHSS Kilimanur, we received a warm welcome and guidance from the teachers, which gave me confidence to begin my journey. Standing in front of the class plus one  for the very first time was both challenging and inspiring, but the interaction with students created an energetic atmosphere that made me feel at ease. The week also gave me an opportunity to understand the broader responsibilities of school life. Class Presentation on Stress Management Organized in Four Groups with Focused Topics To encourage collaborative learning and insightful discussion, the class was divided into four groups, and each group explored a different aspect of Stress Management: 1. Group 1: Stress Management & Students Focused on academic pressure, exam stress, time management, and coping techniques for student well-being. 2. Group 2: Stress Management & Teachers Highlighted the sources of teacher stress like workload, classroom management, and discussed strategies for emotional balance and self-care. 3. Group 3: Stress Management & Peer Groups Explored how peer relationships can both cause and relieve stress, emphasizing the role of social support, communication, and empathy . 4.
