Class Presentation on Stress Management
Organized in Four Groups with Focused Topics

To encourage collaborative learning and insightful discussion, the class was divided into four groups, and each group explored a different aspect of Stress Management:

1. Group 1: Stress Management & Students

Focused on academic pressure, exam stress, time management, and coping techniques for student well-being.



2. Group 2: Stress Management & Teachers

Highlighted the sources of teacher stress like workload, classroom management, and discussed strategies for emotional balance and self-care.



3. Group 3: Stress Management & Peer Groups

Explored how peer relationships can both cause and relieve stress, emphasizing the role of social support, communication, and empathy.



4. Group 4: Conclusion & Integration

Summarized key points from all groups and presented a holistic view of managing stress in educational environments through awareness, support systems, and healthy coping mechanisms.


It was a knowledge enrichment activity that provided valuable insights into various aspects of stress management. Each group explored different perspectives—students, teachers, and peer groups—leading to a deeper understanding of how stress affects individuals in educational settings. The concluding session tied all the points together, making the discussion both informative and thought-provoking.
