24.11.2025 to 28.11.2025 This week at school was rich with activities that supported learning beyond textbooks and classrooms.   Friendship Club organised a drama competition in which students actively participated, expressing themes related to friendship, empathy, cooperation, and social awareness. The performances created an engaging atmosphere and helped students develop confidence, creativity, and teamwork. A career guidance announcement was also made, encouraging students to reflect on their interests, abilities, and future aspirations. This initiative helped students become more aware of the importance of planning and making informed career choices.  In addition, the role and activities of the NSS were introduced, highlighting values such as service, leadership, discipline, and social responsibility. Day 01 Teaching Practice  GOVERNMENT MODEL HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL KILIMANUR .. As part of our B.Ed. curriculum, we began our practice teaching phase at Govt. Model Higher Secondary School, Kilimanoor.  On the first day, we reported at 8:45 AM, submitted the necessary documents including our  letter and attendance to the Principal-in-charge, and were warmly welcomed. We were introduced to our mentor teacher, who oriented us regarding the school's discipline, schedule, and academic environment. This marks the beginning of our journey toward becoming professionally competent and reflective educators. "Capacity Building Program on Philosophy – a day of learning and reflection."

 As part of the ongoing Capacity Building Programme, a focused session on the Philosophy of Education was conducted with the objective of reinforcing foundational knowledge and encouraging active engagement among students  During this 15 minute session, participants were tasked with creating an MCQ booklet containing 25 questions related to educational philosophy. The activity aimed to enhance understanding of key philosophical concepts. "It was a successful and enjoyable program that truly enriched our knowledge and experience."
