 Republic Day Celebration: A Tribute to India’s Sovereignty and Unity




As B.Ed. students, we celebrate Republic Day as a reminder of the democratic values enshrined in India’s Constitution. It is an occasion to reflect on our role in shaping the future of education, fostering patriotism, and promoting unity and equality in society.

The program began with a prayer, invoking peace and harmony for the nation, setting a solemn tone for the Republic Day celebration.

 It was followed by the Presidential Address, which emphasized the significance of Republic Day and the values upheld in our Constitution. 


Next, Athira S gave a thoughtful presentation, capturing the essence of the day.




 I, Asha, had the opportunity to read the Preamble of the Constitution, reminding everyone of the core values of justice, equality, and fraternity that guide our nation. Abrar then gave the message of Republic Day, highlighting its role in fostering national unity and pride. 






To conclude, Soumya  Miss and Kavitha Miss shared their insights on the importance of Republic Day, encouraging all to reflect on its significance in strengthening our democratic values and building a better future for India.


The program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Jyothis, the Aagneya college union Chairman, expressing gratitude to all the participants and attendees for making the celebration memorable.

 Following this, various dance performances and patriotic songs were presented by the students, adding energy and enthusiasm to the occasion. 

Another highlight of the day was the Republic Day quiz conducted by Alfiya.

The main attraction of the day was a spectacular showcase of diverse dance forms representing various states of India, beautifully highlighting the theme of unity in diversity. This performance served as a reminder of the cultural richness and harmony that make our nation unique and strong.
