The elected leaders play a key role in shaping the future of the college, working to improve student life and fostering a positive campus environment.  The Union Election is a crucial event where students have the power to choose their leaders for the upcoming academic year. It provides an opportunity for candidates to present their ideas and plans for improving student life, while encouraging everyone to participate in the democratic process. Voting in the union election is not just a right, but a responsibility, helping shape the future of the college. Vote counting is the process where all votes are tallied to determine the winners. It ensures a fair and transparent result for the college union election. In our college, the Union Election is an important event where students get the chance to choose their representatives. It allows candidates to share their ideas and plans for the betterment of the college, while students play an active role in shaping the future of their campus. By participating in the election, we contribute to a vibrant and democratic college community.

 "Meet the Candidate" is an opportunity for students to get to know the candidates running in the college union election. During the event, candidates present their vision, goals, and ideas for the college, allowing students to ask questions and engage in discussions.  The session helped students become familiar with various banking forms used in everyday transactions. They learned how to fill out forms like account opening forms, cheque requisition forms, deposit and withdrawal slips, and demand draft forms. This practical knowledge helped students understand how to manage banking activities such as opening accounts, making deposits, withdrawing money, and transferring funds securely. It was an essential experience to prepare them for handling real-world financial tasks. We conducted an interview with a senior teacher as part of our induction program. This valuable interaction allowed us to gain insights into the teaching profession, understand the challenges and rewards of being an educator, and learn about effective teaching methods. "Observing GST and Banking lessons as part of our Commerce B.Ed. training, learning effective teaching methods for complex topics." As Commerce B.Ed. teacher students , during our observation of the teacher's class, we had the opportunity to learn how subjects like Accounting (specifically GST) and Business Studies (Banking) are taught in a classroom setting. In the Accounting class on GST , we observed how the teacher explained the basics of Goods and Services Tax, its types (CGST, SGST, IGST), and how it affects businesses. The teacher used charts, real-world examples, and practical exercises to help students understand GST calculations and filing processes. We also noticed how the teacher engaged students through questions, discussions, and case studies to make the topic more interactive and understandable.
